“I think there may about about 30-40 more pages left for this chapter :> I have a script written and each page of the script tends to be 5-10 comic pages, with the average being about 7 comic pages. There’s 5 pages left in the script, so 7×5 = 35.”

And there are about 8 pages per month, so

So from the comments I see it was published during 13X pages. So if her words are still valid there are 5-10 pages left. And with where we currently are. C3 will probably end with cliffhanger like C2.

Worst case, 10ish pages. Best case, 25ish. That’s if each page of her script ended up taking more pages. Absolute best case, she added a bit extra to make it a clean number.
