Foreshadowing for part 4, where it was said both mums will get "very close". From the blurred preview of 120 and what was seen on 119, I'd guess she is now has visual confirmation of what her daughter told her at the end of part 2.
From there, after now seeing Alex changed form, she might talk to Clara. From there one thing comes to another.

We will have to see when the page is posted. But you are likely right. It would seem similar to the ending of part 2 that way. Going back to the other mom for some wrap up, one page to aftermath Alex and Brad, and then begin part 4

I liked the idea of Alex being the cow at the beginning of chapter 2, but on a careful rereading of the pages, i's more likely that it was his mother. Especially if we take into account the thoughts of Miss Bell and Rebecca.

Ok but apart from noting that her daughter is telling the truth she can't do much. So I don't see how it's relevant to show her to us at this point in the comic. Unless this farmer woman has knowledge of chemistry.
No, it's Alex, it wouldn't make sense for Clara to lose her huge breasts. And above all it would be really sad.

Possibly just to set up her wanting to intervene and call Clara. They meet up to talk. Things take a turn for the naughty somehow. Mom on Mom fireworks as they explore Claraās changing body
Agree. As fiction as it is, itās a stretch for her to de-age like that, lose all her hair, and lose her thiccness. Confusing how people cannot see that
To add to this, she just told Riley to call her āMrs Bellā not āMiss Bellā one page ago. It is a reminder for the readers too not only Riley

Madison lives on a farm outside the city and speaks like a country girl; "momma" = "mom" and "Miss" = "Mrs" -- there are plenty of other examples.
Carol, for her part, simply reframes Riley.
I remember at the time (it must be almost three years now ^^), when MM shared the first pages of chapter 2, we were a few to think that Miss Bell and Alex were one, although MM told us repeatedly that there would be no gender bender in Chemistry Class. We were looking for a hidden meaning in Miss Bellās thoughts, the words of Madisson and Rebecca, but... if we take the conversations to the first degree (which should logically be the case, no ? ^^) : Alex confided his mother to Madisson and Rebecca before disappearing somewhere.
Letās not forget that the 14th pages of chapter 2 are set two years in the future. The animal side is clearly taking more and more of the upper hand on the human side. This explains the important physical changes... Madison and Alex are very similar in size. They are both small and thin. It is noted that Miss Bellās size is larger than Madisonās when she stands close to her at the time of walk and milking. The hair was simply cut. Poor Miss Bell would see nothing with long hair and hit her head in all the fences of the farm !
I am not in a position to confirm or infirm anything... Like everyone else, Iām waiting to see what MM has in store for us, but weāll have to be very patient.

Even though you may have a desired outcome, itās important not to force evidence to fit that
With that, the cow also has the tag 04. Cassie, Alex, Clara would be 01-03. There is unfortunately another character that fits 04
