Yes. Madison cries because she failed to keep her promise. Alex had entrusted Miss Bell to her care before he left for God knows where. Madison swore to take good care of her, but she failed. She let Alex down. Again.

And if we look at Miss Bells body, it's more likely Lulu or in an early stage MM planed Alex to change gender. Claras body wouldn't be so small even when changed. She would look more like a full cow, not like a young calve or the like. Britt is also very unlikely. First of why should Maddy cry for her sake? They weren't friends or close at all. Second, why should Britt in this state think of Alex? Same as with Maddy. No real connections. The story would have to take same strange turns for this to happen (not that there aren't already some strange events).

MM really shot herself in the foot by adding that cow to the beginning of 2. I think she has changed her mind since then. It was originally Alex. Now, who knows. Not Clara though, as that would be pretty strange

I’d prefer people stay their own gender, but to each their own. Clara should most definitely stay a voluptuous cow woman. But I want to see the slow process of the transformation as she grows to enjoy it and eventually gives in 100%

It’d be hot if she’s the first one to try walking on her hands and legs (hooves?) just to see how it feels.

There is nothing to correct... Marmalade didn't make any mistakes or change of mind when she posted the first pages of Chemistry Class 2. If I had to change anything... it would be adding horns to Cassie, ha ha.

Marmalade had also stated on her discord that there would be no gender bender. I don't think it's a theme that interests her, but I have nothing against the idea of her giving us a try. In his previous creations, the male characters have always retained their manly attribute, but in animal version.

There are enough clues in the beginning of Chemistry Class 2 to guess who Miss Bell is...

No offense taken. If I remember correctly, back when part 2 was being drawn she was not writing it. She was illustrating from someone else’s script. Her ex boyfriend I believe? But they broke up and it was a bit of a mess. And then she started writing the story herself, from part 3 onwards.

That’s why I think she might have changed her mind, since it is 100% her writing now.

Oh... personally, I was not aware of this detail. If she is the one writing the story since chapter 3... Yes, you are not wrong. But it doesn’t change much for the first two chapters, I think.

I myself had noticed a change in the narration between chapter 1 and chapters 2 and 3.

Nothing to do with the cow at the beginning of chapter 2, but it's just to clarify that MM confirmed that Lulu would return to the comic with an adult appearance. And I would be surprised if we saw her again in a ten-year elipse when the beginning of chapter 2 takes place two years later.

Yes, in fact, she even posted a sketch of one of her recent pages to show that she's actually writing the story. This wasn't the case before, and now that she's writing it herself, she finds this way of working much better.
