[Pigking/CrazyDad] Comics

I honesty think the rest of the comic after this page was planned as yet another spinoff; which probably would have focused on Rose and her story. 🤔🤔🤔

No, not even that, it's a new layout that Teddy has already experimented with on QA18 and that I personally don't understand (and find pointless).

Too many experiments and most are disastrous. Sorry to say the brutal truth, but if this keeps up; then pigking is destined to loose half of it's subscribers by the end of February.🤷🏽‍♂️😮‍💨😞

The criticism begins based on speculation. When he says “I honestly think”, he makes it clear that this is a personal assumption, not a fact. There is no concrete evidence that the rest of the comic was planned as a spin off focused on Rose. It is conjecture presented as analysis.
There is also an obvious logical leap. The fact that one page gives more focus to a character does not imply that the entire work would change direction. This is a non sequitur, the conclusion does not follow from the premise.
In addition, there is the fallacy of mind reading. He assumes he knows what the author’s plans were without any confirmation. Interpreting is valid, but asserting intention as certainty is an extrapolation.
There is also a hasty generalization. From a single narrative element, he builds a broad conclusion about the future of the series.
Then comes alarmism. By stating that PigKing is destined to lose half of its subscribers by the end of February, he makes a catastrophic prediction without presenting any concrete data. There are no numbers, metrics, or financial analysis to support this claim. It is speculative prophecy.
The expression “brutal truth” is another rhetorical device. It attempts to transform a personal opinion into an objective fact, as if it were an unquestionable diagnosis. It is not a proven fact, it is a subjective judgment.
When he says there are too many experiments and that most are disastrous, he again fails to define criteria. How many are too many. What makes something disastrous. Without clear parameters, it is only a personal impression.
There is also an important element of prior bias. He has already expressed rejection of the theme of bestiality and even threatened to stop supporting PigKing because of those series. This compromises the neutrality of his analysis. When someone has already declared opposition to certain content for personal taste reasons, any creative decision within that theme will automatically be seen as a mistake.
At this point two additional fallacies appear. The genetic fallacy, by disqualifying the work based on its theme rather than its execution, and confirmation bias, by interpreting any creative decision as proof that the author is making mistakes.
Furthermore, when someone says they will withdraw financial support if the content continues in a certain thematic direction, this approaches a form of rhetorical pressure. It is not a structural analysis of the quality of the work, it is an attempt to condition support on personal preference.
Taken together, the argument is not supported by data, technical analysis, or narrative structure. It relies on speculation, logical leaps, mind reading, generalization, alarmism, and personal bias against the theme. In the end, it is far more about individual taste than about an objective evaluation of the quality or direction of the series. :coffee:

Thanks for the coffee in the end because I had fallen asleep reading that looong speech.😂😆🤣
But since I managed to actually read the whole thing; I'd just like to point out that pigking creatives continuing boring 🍑comics like Suky Tu is solid proof that they are doing any and every thing, to please almost every single subscriber. But this is becoming a double edged sword for them.
At the end I'd openly admit that I'm not a subscriber or pigking, has not been for a while. Though I wanted to resubscribe in this feb; the production list and the quality has made me think otherwise.
And lastly, I ain't no business expert so..🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️

Eu também estava me perguntando isso.

It was supposed to be an episode twice as long, but I had problems with many files, and since I had a lot of people asking about Rose and Richard, I decided to include them in this edition, but in the next one I'll do two editions in a row about Brandie. As for the image as a second cover, I made it to be a kind of chapter separator, something extra.

That's great ! Hope we can finally see Brandie open her new veterinary clinic and see it in operation. Maybe Emily and Lupi will visit (although Lupi might not need a checkup anymore 😅 😅 ).

@TeddyPigking , I'm sorry, I'm very annoyed, and it's true I don't know anything about software, but I thought that when you had a good one, you kept it !!!!... SOMEONE'S GOING TO HAVE TO EXPLAIN THIS TO ME.
But if all publications are regressing to this extent in terms of graphic quality, then yes, I foresee real, real problems. (Just a quick comparison between issue 12 and the latest issue of Nun Isabella):confused::confused::confused:

Frankly, if you have software problems (which I can't explain) suspend publications until it's resolved, but don't jeopardize your business model because I don't think a single subscriber can approve of that, I'm sorry. I am appalled and very worried about what might happen to other publications that I am a fan of. 😔😔😔

The textures look somewhat pleasant, with a very fluffy appearance. 😄They look like soft cupcakes.😏🧁

There are no textures, no reliefs, no colors. Even her skin tone has been "washed out." Do you notice the difference between number 12 and 20, or am I the only one who sees them ?????

You're not wrong that the textures seem more smooth. I actually found it more egregious with the fur of the white/Husky dog. It almost looks like his fur was airbrushed.
