Initially, the difficulties regarding night lighting were not even that relevant. Personally, until Teddy fully masters those details, I prefer well-lit scenesāwhere every detail of the copulation can be clearly seenāover a dark environment where you can only make out silhouettes.
Still, if I were to give this chapter a rating, it would be 6.5. The visual work came out looking nice, but it fell short on a fundamental aspect: it failed to respect canine biology. It is common knowledge that during copulation (whether with a female of the same species or with a woman), the dog becomes tied by the knot (bulbus glandis). However, what we saw in this chapterājust like in previous onesāis that Teddy simply ignored this part. The scene of the woman tied by the dog's knot is iconic and indispensable.
Another major flaw is the lack of a tie-breaking scene showing the details as the penis leaves Emily's vagina. Teddy only did this in a single chapter so far (Lost Family 38). That ought to be a classic, mandatory scene in every chapter involving dogs when the knot releases. I don't know if the creators are lazy about producing that moment or if they just don't like the scene, but those exact details are what bring the true realism and explicitness that the content calls for.
I hope Teddy fixes this flaw in upcoming chapters and introduces more explicit scenes. The narrative was good, but it suffered greatly from the lack of these details.
