I'm getting tired of having to explain thirty-five-year-old tech to newbies...
It's a multivolume zip. You need ALL the parts in your disk. Then you use your trusty zip utility, like 7-zip, Nanazip or such (I don't know if Microsoft's crappy built-in zip support actually supports multivolume files, I never use it) to open the *first* file on the set. It will treat all the set as a single large zip file.
 
Did you select all the files and right-click to "extract," or did you right-click and then select 7-Zip from the right-click menu (or in Windows 11, click "Show more options" and then 7-Zip) and then "Extract files"? 7-Zip will only be used if you select it from the right-click menu. If that sounds too complex, I'll attach a PDF where I show it with pictures.
I’ve written a description here for anyone who has never seen this kind of new technology before.
