Sites that allow you to see deleted tweets

Does anyone know of any sites that would allow you to see deleted tweets? There's art from one twitter artists who randomly deleted most of their stuff and I really want to find and see it again (especially the Loona pictures that they made). Wayback Machine doesn't work since it's a pile of ass when it comes to finding art from Twitter, Deviantart, and other sites, and there was Twipu but Twipu has been shut down for a long time. If anyone can give me any suggestions, please do so.

I really would love to know a site that would allow you to see deleted tweets so that I can find Wolphoxarg's Loona pictures again and all of his other deleted art.
