Why not? Almost all of Melissa's endings are happy, except for the ones involving personality erasure. I doubt she's any different now.

I know it's impossible and it's a fictional story but I hope Elena can be pregnant with Nikos. It's highly it won't happen because Elena is a middle aged woman.

Wish I could answer it for you, but I kind of phased in and out the longer it went without sex in it. But here's what I got: guy goes to Greece with partner to see her side of the family. He's an actor and for some reason, him dressing in drag and pretending to be the wife of his girlfriend's uncle will help with some business thing I don't remember or care about. Things happen during the dinner meeting, he has to stay in disguise longer for more reasons that don't really matter. The disguise has to get more elaborate, blah blah blah, young guy changes to mature woman, something something criminal intrigue. Hope that's enough to give you a sense. I'm mostly just here for the tg change and smutty stuff so I can't give you much more than that

Would love a sequel to roommate where Dee regains her independence as a person, becomes a sexy rock chick, and makes Sarah suffer for her transgressions. And if we could get an extended sex scene that'd be awesome too.

Actually, I reread this work while I was writing it. I remember it taking quite a while, and it's 160 pages long. And for that length, there's very little plot. Well, more accurately, it's enough for the then-standard 20-25 pages for Melissa, depicting the key stages of transformation. But in this particular story, 80% of the chatter could have been simply removed and nothing would have been lost (it might even have been better, without the cringe-inducing gaslighting and the hero's stupidity). And despite its length, this story essentially has no ending.

I've already commented several times on the character's strange behavior in "A (Not So) Temporary Roommate"—that he's so obtuse that it can't be explained by anything other than a drug-induced altered state. And I've been thinking about this—it could be a plot in itself, where Sarah is, in fact, a cunning poisoner who gradually destroys her "boyfriend's" personality and consciousness with drugs to achieve her own evil plans. So here's a draft of a fanfic, so to speak, outlining what it might look like and what the relationship dynamics might be.
P.S. Yes, I reject and ignore Melissa's signature magical vaginoplasty, performed in any beauty salon without preparation or medical supervision, with recovery in a single evening.

Yeah, I think you meant Sarah in your post but otherwise I agree with you, there must have been some potent mind altering drugs for Dee to just obediently agree with whatever Sarah wanted her to do. Also, why did she even do it in the first place? Not the reason she gave to Dee, surely. That was just the excuse she used to get Dee to agree with the plan. But clearly she wanted to feminize her boyfriend beyond recovery. She got the Doctors to give her a bilateral orchiectomy ffs.
I wish Melissa gave us a more complete story even if it was in just text like she used to do.

I just remember being confused that she was hiding him as a girl from her stupidly rich parents instead of just booking a hostel for a week for less than the lingerie would have cost her.

Yes, at first she says she couldn't possibly pay a girl to pretend to be her roommate and that they can't afford a place for him to stay, that was on page 2, but then she buys her all these clothes, and surely she feeds him hormones as well, and then there's the salon trips and the surgeries. Like, huh? Weren't you broke, btch?
Edit. Oh, and also she paid off some nerd to hack and change Dee's school records.
