If that's the case, then this is bullshit... I have never been on a forum that let you download attachments without an account. Yes you can read the posts but downloading attachments should require and account

You haven't been around very much, then. There are enough out there allowing unrestricted downloads that someone might not know. But, I also was able to like them, too. It very much depends on the particular forum the site uses.

Yes, they have a back issues option now. The newer stuff is not available right away but in essence the answer is yes.
