I won’t lie, this for sure is it for me. Been a BA fan for years and Miriam was my favourite girl. I actually got some commissions done of her but never shared because like, obviously didn’t want to lose my commission privileges. And I was holding out for the longest time but not after this.

Could unironically be a case of who gets pirated the least vs who sells more.
Like skyla gets pirated the least because she’s not as popular, but BA sees the other girls get pirated so he drops them.

See what I mean? My dude speaks almost as if the characters were his employees or something. It's so stupid to blame your earning success (or lack thereof) in how well a particular character sells or not, when you as the artist are making no effort in expanding your audience and your potential revenue. If all your characters are at risk... maybe it is because you, BA, are at risk? I don't want to go over all the reasons why, or how he could remedy his situation, because there's plenty of discussion about that. But his attitude and perspective, man... I wonder what he has going on in his life or his opinion of his own work. Of course, I don't need to know, but damn

Personally, I find BA's business strategy completely wrong. Miriam was deleted because it wasn't selling well...OK, but at least tell me in YOUR blog, I can't know in a forum where they pirate your products. But apparently the problem is still piracy, a problem that no content creator can avoid, but he believes it is possible. Madness, in 2024 not to have a minimum of communication, via social, in blogs, etc... with your audience.

Ah well, end of the day, very talented artist and i won’t deny all the good work he has done. But at least for me it’s the end of the BA road.

I am amazed how he cant see that removing a variety of girls just further limits his audience.

I just catching up to this. So disappointed. Miriam and Gisela carry Blackadder's work in my opinion...
