Can you explain to me the difference between The Adders and The Black Adders in the main storyline of BA?Ho ho ho! Merry Christmas! My avatar even has the white beard to pretend to be a perv Santa. Since it's highly unlikely that BA will upload a new set for the holidays (or it will be some more AI slop), I'm here to give you a present! The present is... reading material!
In my post with Megan's bio, I mentioned that I was revisiting the charts with the relations between sets, putting the newer ones in the storyline and expanding the descriptions, etc. Welp, I've put some more time into it, and I'm here to share with you the new charts for the first 4 arcs of the story. The main change is the way more detailed story summary, expanding the plot of each arc for anyone to better understand what's going on (and for me to set some ideas in stone and have an easy reference).
For anyone out of the loop, this is part of my storyline project, where I've tried to create a whole setting in which almost all BA's work is related to an overall story. In the link provided you will find a landing post from where you can check the things I've been sharing since last year or jump to other posts adding even more details about the project.
And since I thought giving you this loredump was a bit too much, I'll sweeten the deal by also sharing the bios of two of the more important and central characters of the story that haven't been shared yet: Gisela and Skyla!
I hope to share the 4 remaining arcs soon™ as I find the time to expand the charts like I've done with these.

The OG, the face of BA and the girl that brought him to fame. She was one of the best erotic 3D parodies of Lara Croft, and her background is what you would expect. She becomes an elite adventuress, and her resilience will make her the #1 target of the main villains. Thanks to her being that old of a character, BA gave her some basic info back in the day:

Another OG. Maybe never as popular as Gisela, Miriam or other more endowed characters, but it's undeniable that Skyla has been there since almost the beginning. I always had a soft spot for her, and when BA removed her was truly the beginning of the end. For her, I envisioned someone cunning and intelligent, fully aware that she looks like the stereotypical dumb blonde bimbo. She uses her charms, she acts the part, and in her apparent submission and willingness, always seems to find an important clue to a mystery, a piece of intel on the monsters, or a way out of hairy situations.
BA also gave her some info in his old website:

In time, I've come to like the idea of her being Russian. As for her age, maybe I'd add a couple more years, to put her more on par with Gisela and others.

Of course! Until this point in the storyline, there are two competing teams: The Adders and The Obsidian Institute.
- The Adders are led by Candy and are your typical "freelance" adventurers that uncover ancient mysteries, fight (or fuck) monsters and so on. The Tomb Raider type, taking relics for themselves or to give them to museums or whatever. Gisela is the archetype, since she's also the rich millionaire, but other members have covers either as models in Candy's Adder Model Agency, or other.
- The Obsidian Institute is a corporation with Stella as the CEO. They own things like the Obsidian Health Centre where Gisela and Skyla work, or the future Obsidian Academy for Monster Rehabilitation. But they also have their own adventuring team, led by Stella and Nicole and at odds with The Adders, since the Institute's goal with the findings is more profit-oriented.
- The Black Adders is the result of merging both teams. Out of necessity to face the growing factions of monsters, and the losses suffered, the adventuresses need to put aside their differences if they want to get to the bottom of the corruption. This new team also includes members that weren't part of any before, like Miriam or Lexi.
I haven't put the work on these yet, but I made some cards to also describe these groups and others. Here you can see the main members of each team:
This is mostly background lore, but the story explores it with characters trying to spy on the other team, like Kira being a model in Candy's agency, or Tia and Taia joining the Health Centre as nurses to find any secrets on the Institute.
In the third act, we already see a first grudging collaboration between both teams when they need to capture the fugitive aliens. Then, in Below the City, they further work together, although it's mostly The Adders on the field. Losing Candy leaves The Adders leaderless. The following arcs develop the story further, as more members are captured and corrupted by the monsters (basically all the left flank of the image above, plus Taia), with Tia and Gisela taking over the team, striking a deal with Stella who also lost Nicole, and organically merging both teams into The Black Adders to fight against the villains.
The name is an obvious reference to the author behind all these works, and there was a time in the 8Muses forum when someone gave the name Obsidian to the group of characters that have appeared wearing those skin-tight black suits.

BA literally said "I’m still learning. But canceled my subscription as they killed porn. But I still got about 3 weeks left, so let me know if you’re interested in these AI 6 sec. clips."
I'm ok with him trying something new with AI, and I like that new or unreleased scenes were used, but at this point I'd much rather have had a halloween set in October, Madelyn could have been released in November (even tho I'm not a fan of her or Brutus), and a Christmas set for December.
Hoping we get an exciting Tia set to kick off the new year. She deserves it! 2025 was not good for Gisela. Her sets were ok, but lackluster. Megan doesn't disappoint but too much of her will lead to fatigue.
Hoping BA gets it together in 2026. He's on the brink of losing loyal fans if he continues with subpar sets and AI slop.

Damn shame what's happening. I know you've been a long time fan and supporter as have so many others (i.e. Moojin, Lucas Leels, Earlkiss, IceAndFireTia, and Jane Enjoyer to name a few) so when I see yall upset with the situation, it speaks volumes.
If it helps, there's some AMAZING fan AI and resources over on F95 and we have some homegrown talent from this forum too with @Rev3D. He is creating killer content. Check him out. Great stuff and he is constantly improving and getting creative.

Chumbucket has been amazing giving me solid feedback on sets to help me improve as an artist. I hope more people give feedback to my work like Chumbucket does. Cause without that I have no idea if I'm doing good stuff or not

For the most part, I enjoyed them but have noticed the magic is gone when they're leaked. For example, Gisela's sets were once the best, now, her sets feel...boring. Hard to pin point why, but I find myself seeing Gisela no longer a 10 but a 7 [metaphorically] For example, compare Tia's sets to Gisela's sets from 2023 to now- they're night and day with Tia [in my opinion] having the better sets. I hope we get great sets starting Gisela again. The Lighthouse being one of my favorites. More importantly- GIVE US LESBIANS!!!
Models..or what's left of themAlright, so we don't know who BA is, but we do know their signature in this trade of work is removing great models because of "reasons". I'm not really surprised to see Miriam and Skyla tossed. Both have been on the "chopping block" as per BA- so in my eyes, BA was done with them long ago. The issue, is that BA will randomly add a new model, do one set and never return to them. On the model page, we only have Gisela, Tia, and Megan- all great...but all with the same hairstyle- with Gisela being the less [in comparison] voluptuous. I love Madelyn's short voluptuous body, Pia am on defense [love the body, but eyebrows and hair colour don't vibe], Anna, I could like- just need another set to take, and Renata..I almost forgotten about her. BA needs to use these models...and for who still wishs for her to be real- make Jane official.
2015 is a lifetime ago in this fieldLook, I don't know who BA is, or what their life is today- but am sure they're not in the same lifestyle they were in during 2015. The business in making 3D porn has evolved from the days of BA being the best in sets. With the means of tech and the assistance of AI, sets are now outdated. 2013 Girlfriends4ever, once held as the greatest 3D porn of its time, is now the starting line for this field- Amazonium and Nyl2 are examples who have continued to improve their craft each passing year. BA, their work in 2025 could've been a big commission from 2015 as far as we know. What am trying to point out [like many has said before] - BA either needs to update their work to the modern standard if they're charging, or retire completely if they're only making money by sold sets alone.
Ai setsComing off my last post, I'm happy BA is trying something- but it's the cost that gets me. Ai should be free- there's a ai of a fan made Gisela, a page or two behind, that feels legit. Am just wondering where's the rest- said more coming by Christmas- but nothing as of writing.

In this absence of new Blackadder (real) sets, I've been thinking. Do you remember how you found Blackadder?
I saw 'the Lighthouse' set and was blown away thinking how fucking amazing it was. I quickly found out that Blackadder was the creator and had more work. The feeling of searching around for his work (before I found his f95 page and 8muses) was so exciting. Each set or image of his I found felt like a treasure.
Upon finding the BTC...life changing. Best work of art I think i've ever seen across any 2d medium.

I remember searching Lara Croft porn and among the images was Gisela in "Hazards of the Adventuress" set as well as Monster sex 1.
From there I found the sets randomly posted on 8muses and eventually found erotic3dart.
Its been a long time.

Man, it was so long ago. I discovered BA alongside 3D porn in general, with other names of the time that I don't even remember (ZZomp was another one I vividly remember), but I'd recognize their renders any day. I guess the first thing I saw was either Monster Sex 1, or BTC 1 or one of those with Gisela, or maybe some of her Tomb Raider parodies in some compilation or another.

What is Blackadder mentality? At this point I shouldn't be surprised. There's no way in hell he's making more money with that ai vomit over pic sets.
