Now that I've shared all the storyline, I'm aware that they're quite lengthy posts and are just difficult to read or find around this discussion threat. So I'm making a summarized post here, with links to the extended explanations for your convenience. I'll also share the better quality versions of the diagrams here.
The idea: To put as much of BA's work into one coherent and cohesive story, developing the world and characters through different arcs and plots.
The problem: By the nature of BA's sets, and this being unofficial and made up, sometimes you'll need a good dose of suspension of disbelief, or just to go with the flow. Some connections can be far-fetched, or justified by explanations offscreen. There's also a good amount of world building that I simply could not write in my posts because then they would be far too long. Also, everything is WIP and could be rearranged or reinterpreted, depending on brainstorming and BA's new releases.
The project: My idea wasn't to just put everything in fancy diagrams and text. I'd like to make full comics of all of this, with dialogues, proper expositions, etc. But I can't promise I'll actually commit to that.
The story: I've shared the different story arcs with the plot points and expanded notes already, so I'll link them in this post (click on the titles below to go to each post), and share the diagrams with better quality. You can find the same plot points in every diagram, too.
The characters: You can check the bios for the characters in this post
From here on, it's just a matter of updating these diagrams and story lines with whatever BA comes up next. We'll see how new image sets might change the story as a whole or in just some parts, adding to it, or making me reinterpret some aspects of it.
In any case, I'm glad to have shared this personal crazy project, and I hope you've found it at least entertaining or interesting. I'll keep sharing any new advancements, or answering any questions about this madness!

Changelog:
- Shared the full list of character bios, available in the linked post.
- Added new versions of arcs 1-4. The new sets since Skyla 08 have been added to the fitting story arcs.
- Added Gisela and Skyla to the Characters - Girls table (the others have been added during the summer, but didn't bother documenting it).
- Added Gisela and Skyla to the Characters - Girls table (the others have been added during the summer, but didn't bother documenting it).
- Added Characters section.
- Added Skyla 08 to story arc 6, Hazards and Perils: Gisela goes missing after The Hole (the helicopter crashes), so Skyla rushes to her mansion to contact the team there and start planning a search and rescue mission. She stays at the mansion, orders a pizza for dinner, but Bru appears. He was expecting to find Gisela but eh, Skyla will do, and this way he can taunt the adventuresses a bit as they get ready for their mission.
- Updated the diagrams of this post.
- Added custom-made thumbnails to many image sets that didn't have them. Some have custom names that fit my story, others are more generic. They can have the tags "Original Compilation", "Old Work" or "Shared Commission", depending on the image set.
- Renamed Tia2 to Taia (the Tia twin that meets her end in Below the City 6 and the commission with DeSoul afterwards), in order to better tell both Tias apart.
- Most of the Miriam shared commissions when BA removed her, belong to the Below the City Arc. They are either part of the scenes previous to Miriam 003 + 004, or show what happens to Miriam after Below the City 1 (where she's captured right at the end) and before Skyla 003 (Tia saves Skyla here, and the would get Miriam afterwards, before Tia goes to Gisela in BtC 4).
- The Miriam shared commission with Stella in the fancy living room, and Miriam 15, are part of a bigger dream sequence with Vladimir during Hazards and Perlis, right after Feeding Time.
- The Miriam shared commission with Stella in the gym goes right at the end of Devil's Island, and serves as her last image set, as she decides that her adventuring days are over after what she's gone through.
- Stella 04 goes near the end of The Painting, and adds to the shared commission of her and Gisela in a bedroom that I had already put there.
- Megan 06 happens during Hazards and Perils, at the same time as Skyla 04, as Megan had gone with Skyla to save Gisela and Miriam. Megan is escaping, serving as an involuntary decoy (although she enjoys her time with the two monsters) so Skyla only has to face her Mullin before saving both Gisela and Megan.
- Gisela 20 happens at the beginning of The Nuns, after her encounter with Sara. Tia has brought Robbus to the convent in secret, and he sneaks about to find Gisela and corrupt her a bit more, adding to the whole idea that the adventuresses are too far gone to even acknowledge they're causing the convent's downfall.
- Tia 10 is part of the epilogue to Devil's Island and a bridge for The Nuns. It's a dream sequence that serves as a symbolic foreshadowing to what will happen in the convent with the adventuresses. It also justifies that Tia wants to uncover the secrets of the place in an attempt to prevent her dream, going to Robbus for information and unknowingly helping this bad ending unfold.
- Gisela 21 is, again, another dream sequence that she has while asleep in Gisela 11. Lucifer meets her in her dreams to build up to their encounter after he has his way with Stacy. Yeah yeah, I know I'm using the "dream" excuse a lot here, but that's what happens when you try to shove a storyline where there isn't. At least this dreams serve the story in some way, and fit somewhat (like, Gisela is literally sleeping in Gisela 11). In case of Gisela 21, though, it could very well be a part of a potential ninth story arc, if future sets allow it, and Lucifer being alive would be a nice plot twist,

- Added Skyla 07 in arc 3 - The Misadventures of an Adventuress. I feel like the set is pretty standalone and is a simple story of looking for treasure -> getting attacked by a monster, so it serves as a good first adventure of Skyla as an official adventuress.
