But I have a request, if I may have the privilege to say something about it .

The thing is , is it possible we can see in the future a full bottom surgery ! Like becoming full women top to bottom. ( Sometimes that remaing man parts bothor me ! Well it is only my personal opinion though)

I guess we can't please every people. Some of patron love when there is original genital still attached, some prefer change the ganital with current gender.
