I know with these stories we are supposed to have the suspension of disbelief and the story clearly pushing that certain areas are getting extra sensitive but there is no way shoving those fingernails in their ass would elicit anything but pain
it is likely to cause cuts and bleeding which is worse considering that it is your back passage with the risk of infections etc

I think that's what's going to happen at the end of the story. But we'll have to wait and see. Some people on this forum believe that Kev will also be feminized like Daphne, as happened in other stories like "Fateful Vacation". I think there are clues that point the story towards Daphne being Kev's first girl, which would be funny since Nick/Daphne has made fun of his friend for being a virgin and having no luck with women. That would be "bad karma" for Daphne, although we already know she'll enjoy every second of it.
