After DS ends this story I would like that someone, or as many as you want, if not myself, to edit Toxic Attraction taking out all the bullshit DS wrote that don't add to the original plot.
I am not saying it should be rewritten, not even compressed, but really edited to make it more enjoyable to read, without so many duplicated situations or sex scenes without any plausible reason (i.e. Jesse fucking Sarah, even Byron, Otis...).
It will be a fun exercise to see what everyone think of which scenes are unecessary.

No, I did enjoy it ..but as others have remarked it just came as a non sequitur..out of nowhere. When I skim read the rest I expected to find Lester’s thoughts reflecting on it in the car whilst with Sarah, but there was nothing, which seemed odd. Makes sense now that it would seem to be fake.

But...
I prefer DS leaves these ideas to other stories. TA must finish or it will turn into the most boring erotic story of all times.
When we take it from the first chapter and try to follow the plot through chapter after chapter, it becomes hard to understand where the story is going.
The number of "clues" and "tips" DS gives throughout the story leads to nowhere. He writes entire chapters including sex scenes that most of the time do nothing for the story but increase the "words number".
If we pay attention to the last eight or ten chapters of TA, without the first ten, it's really a boring story.
It takes at least three chapters to jump a little bit with new possibilities. And then, more two or three chapters where nothing is confirmed.

Now Toxic Attractions is far, far away from the initial idea. It's not the same story.
He clearly just wants to keep making money until the last dumb paying customer says "I am out".
This way of supporting authors on patreon is abusive and when we think about it, it has no sense at all.

DS had a good idea and started ok.
But as the money kept flowing he obviously thought he couldn't finish TA without another one with the same commercial appeal.
None of the other stories he started went ahead.

couldn't agree more - the story has become repetitive and has fallen into the "big dick magic" trap - although Lester has to do is either send Sarah a dick pic or turn up and drop his pants and she slips into cock-hungry slut mode again, which is just ridiculous. I think DS has gone full throttle down the Avid route: spin it out to make as much money every month as he can, while letting the quality and plot drop off. And don't even get me started on Tainted Conception...

What made so many people care about TA were the novelty, originality, the slow pace of seduction mixed with the erotic hurricane during sex scenes, the fight good vs evil, the wife traveling between two worlds.
There's no cuckoldry anymore, just plain cheating.
Now it is just about Lester's cock size.
No inner feelings, guilt, remorse, self discovery, family love, cuckoldry evolution/progression/acceptance.
Any guy can fuck Sarah effortless, without her remotely thinking about Dan, her kids, her job.
It's not the same story.
Not even a development from the first ten or so chapters.

To be fair, there are developments, but the story is cycling. It takes two steps forward in one chapter and then walks those steps back in the next. Chapter 22 seemed to advance the plot, while Chapter 23 reverted it to where we started in 22. There are moments where Sarah "regains" power, but then she loses it again.

Sarah has some control, Sarah loses control, she appears to develop feelings for Lester, she has no feelings and he's just her favorite dildo -- DS keeps cycling through these states.

I can’t really blame DS - he’s tapped into a formula that resonates with a huge number of people. It's tough to recreate that magic if he moves the story along and wraps things up. His other works aren’t generating the same level of interest.

I don’t begrudge him the desire to keep the story going indefinitely, but I wish he’d find ways to avoid this level of repetition. Writing the same car scene 4 times just feels excessive.
