Sorry to to say this, but distributing it is illegal. Hence why it's called "Piracy". Being paid to sub to someone's patreon and illegally sharing their content without permission is an even bigger crime. XD

I am not a law student nor a lawyer, but I have done the research on this sort of thing.

If you sell or make money off of it, it definitely is illegal.

If you buy it and share it online for free (i.e. torrenting or streaming or what is done here), then it is a bit of a grey area. I think it depends where you are and how serious it is. I don't think it is a criminal offense in many places but they can sue you for infringement/loss of revenue. However, the kind of stuff that gets shared here, it is probably not worth the time and legal fees. They'd have to prove that everyone on here would have bought the subscription had it not been available for free, which is not easy to prove.

And I do not think it is illegal anywhere to consume the content that was obtained illegally/unethically from someone else.

In a way it's still considered illegal by the FBI. This includes copyright infringement with no monetary gain.
