Hadn't had a problem until a few days ago, but finally tracked it down. Turning off MalwareBytes Real Time Web protection OR adding forum to the allow list fixes the issue. Otherwise I can't even resolve the initial web page. Not sure what the issue is. Various scanners turned up only that some certs are expiring in <= 60 days or something.
