I have this collection. I don't have the newest stuff as of today, but there's a lot and I have searched the whole internet for the best quality only. There may be small duplicates, but that is only because some files are pdf and some are the same (or better quality) in jpg format. Put every file in the same folder and start extracting file Double_A4.zip.001 with WinRAR or 7-Zip. See "foldersinside.jpg" for info about contents. This is every folder inside.

Duplicates seems to include A Girl, AI, Kigurumi, Experiment and Liquid Metal. But all those were previously PDF rather than extracted.

I like to have pdf + jpg/png images in my folders of comics. It's for viewing on a tablet and two differently sized phones. That is why I just shared it as I like to have them. But it's entirely up to others to adjust to your liking. The important thing is that people contribute.

Hmmm... the ereaders i use support CBZ format, so as long as the numbering of images keeps them in order is easy to make and throw on just about any device. Be easy enough to also wrap it as an epub with an index that just points to all the images, allowing an epub that can be renamed to cbz and work in both cases as a wrapper and would work (hopefully) across the board.
I had one of the first generation Sony e-tablets using epaper (still got it, but the screen doesn't refresh right), and... PDF while you could load it, was totally unusable due to zooming and it being grayscale. Since then I've been more turned off by PDF. (Actually i started getting books, converting/using RTF and telling it the A4 size (envelope?) was the proper scaling which looked and worked VERY well on that device).. Though since these are all full images the text aspect obviously doesn't work and the color and much better screens also make most of that moot.
But whatever format works best for you.
edit: though i also noted a couple of the PDF's were in Chinese?
